Use the “Report a Concern” button or contact support with booking details.
What Happens Next
Our team reviews reports and may request more information. Depending on severity, history and circumstances, actions may include warnings, content removal, pausing or removing a Listing, booking restrictions, or account suspension or termination. Not every report leads to a particular action.
We try to protect reporter information where possible, but may disclose information where required by law, necessary for safety, necessary to investigate or enforce Platform rules, or as otherwise permitted by our Privacy Policy.

Ready to report?
The fastest way to report a listing is from the adventure page itself — open the listing and choose Report. Your report goes straight to the DreamHnF trust team and is never shared with the host. For anything else, contact support with your booking details and a description of the concern.
