Content Policy
Standards for content shared across the DreamHnF community and marketplace.

These standards apply to Listings, photos, descriptions, messages, reviews, Field Notes and other content shared on DreamHnF. They work alongside our Terms and Conditions, Guest Code of Conduct and Host Agreement.
1. Safety Comes First
Use appropriate safety equipment, follow activity-specific rules and Host safety briefings, act responsibly around firearms, bows, boats, ATVs, vehicles, equipment and wildlife, do not proceed when conditions are unsafe, and comply with lawful emergency instructions.
2. List Honestly
Hosts must accurately represent the property, experience, species, fishing opportunities, accommodations, equipment, inclusions and exclusions, dates, pricing, add-ons, guest limits, availability, terrain, difficulty, photos, location, amenities and rules. No deceptive photos, trophy or catch representations, hidden mandatory charges, or misleading availability, species or service claims.
3. Respect Everyone
No harassment, threats, intimidation, discrimination, abusive behavior, privacy violations, unwanted sexual conduct, doxxing or retaliation. Keep Platform communications professional and relevant.
4. Keep DreamHnF Bookings on DreamHnF
Bookings that originate on DreamHnF must stay on DreamHnF for booking and payment. Do not solicit off-platform transactions to avoid Platform rules or fees, and please report such requests. Hosts remain free to operate and advertise on other channels independently.
5. Hunt, Fish & Operate Legally
Comply with all applicable local, state, provincial, territorial, federal, national and international requirements, including licenses, tags, permits, seasons, bag and possession limits, protected species, firearm and weapon laws, boating rules, guide and captain credentials, land access laws, and game or fish transportation, customs and export rules. Content promoting unlawful hunting or fishing is prohibited.
6. Show Up & Communicate
Hosts keep availability accurate, communicate material changes, honor Confirmed Bookings and provide the service represented. Guests arrive as agreed, communicate changes, respect Host rules and provide requested booking information.
7. Reviews Must Be Genuine
Fake, purchased, exchanged or fabricated reviews, pressuring someone to remove legitimate criticism, threatening retaliation, and otherwise manipulating reviews are prohibited. DreamHnF may remove reviews that violate Platform policy.
8. Your Content & Rights
You keep ownership of your original content and grant DreamHnF the license described in our Terms. Only upload content you have rights to. Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights, is fraudulent, deceptive or illegal, contains malicious code, or impersonates another person or business is prohibited.
9. Badges & Status Indicators
DreamHnF badges, verification indicators, reward badges and account statuses reflect specific Platform-defined criteria or achievements. They are not guarantees or endorsements of quality, safety, licensing, legal compliance, performance, future behavior or outdoor outcomes.
10. Reporting & Enforcement
Report violations through Report a Concern. Depending on severity, history and circumstances, DreamHnF may request information, issue a warning, remove or limit content, restrict or suspend a Listing, restrict booking functionality, cancel Bookings where reasonably necessary, suspend or terminate an account, and cooperate with lawful requests. Not every report leads to a particular action, and reporter confidentiality cannot be absolute.
